Partner disclosure: Arrel partners with Prospeo and may benefit commercially from referrals. This comparison relies on public vendor documentation, explains a material inconsistency in Lusha's current credit guidance and does not make unsupported claims about data accuracy.
Our short answer: Lusha covers more of the sales-intelligence workflow. It combines contact and company prospecting, browser access, enrichment, buying signals, CRM connections, APIs and AI-assisted tables. Prospeo is a leaner data product for teams that already have the rest of their GTM stack. It is easier to model around a successful email, mobile, company or search result. Lusha's current phone-credit cost needs verification because its latest documentation and its public pricing FAQ disagree.
| Decision | Prospeo | Lusha |
|---|---|---|
| Free plan | 100 credits monthly | 40 credits monthly, 1 seat |
| Email reveal | 1 credit for a verified result | 1 credit |
| Phone reveal | 10 credits with email included | Latest docs say 5; public pricing FAQ says 10 |
| Team model | Paid per user with pooled credits | Included seats vary by plan; shared or allocated credits |
| Best fit | Focused data automation | Broad sales intelligence and CRM workflows |
Prices are current US public configuration checked 5 September 2026. Lusha uses dynamic and region-aware pricing, and legacy accounts can have different plan rules. Annual equivalents require full-year payment.
Lusha's current self-serve plans bundle credits and seats
Lusha Starter costs $49.90 monthly for 400 credits and one seat. Annual Starter is $449.10 for 4,800 credits upfront, equivalent to about $37.43 per month. Pro costs $69.90 monthly for 600 credits and two included seats. Its annual price is $629.10 for 7,200 credits, or about $52.43 per month.
Premium costs $399.90 monthly for 3,400 credits and five included seats. Annual Premium is $3,599.10 for 40,800 credits upfront, approximately $299.93 per month. Scale uses custom pricing and unlimited seats. Lusha's plan documentation says Pro can expand to ten users and Premium to 25, but the included seat counts are fixed rather than exchangeable for more credits.
Lusha publishes two different phone-credit costs
Lusha's latest user guide and the live plan configuration embedded in its pricing page list one credit for an email and five for a phone number. Under those rules, revealing both can cost up to six credits. The visible FAQ on Lusha's public pricing page still says that a phone number costs ten credits. Both were present when this page was checked.
That conflict is large enough to change a volume forecast. We would use five only as the latest documented rule, then verify the price book inside the account or checkout before purchasing. Comparisons that state either number without a date and caveat can mislead buyers.
Rollover depends on the billing cadence
Paid monthly Lusha credits roll forward up to twice the plan's monthly allowance while the subscription remains active. Annual credits arrive as a full-year pool and expire at the end of the contract. Free credits reset and do not roll over. Supported team plans can use a shared pool or administrator-controlled member allocations.
Searching, filtering and viewing company information in the platform is free. Revealing contact details consumes credits, while revisiting a previously revealed contact does not. API accounting is more involved: a single result can cost one credit, and a bulk request of up to 25 results adds a request credit. At least one credit can be charged for an API request even when it returns no result.
Pick Prospeo
Keep enrichment focused
You already have a CRM, workflow layer and outreach stack, and want database search, intent, mobile data or API enrichment with successful-result billing.
Pick Lusha
Run broader sales intelligence
You need global prospecting, signals, recommendations, browser tools, CRM enrichment and operational tables in a single vendor workspace.
Lusha extends into signals and workflow
Lusha supports contact and company filters, CSV enrichment, a Chrome and Edge extension, CRM exports, lookalike recommendations and AI-built tables. Its signals include job changes, promotions, hiring surges, headcount movement and intent-related data depending on the plan. Native CRM documentation covers Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Bullhorn, with additional automation connectors.
Lusha's public coverage page says the database contains more than 140 million business profiles and has deep coverage in more than 15 countries, with North America leading in breadth. Those are vendor-published figures. They help describe Lusha's intended scope but are not an independent accuracy benchmark.
Prospeo has simpler core result economics
Prospeo charges one credit when it finds a verified email and nothing when it returns no result. A verified mobile costs ten credits and includes the email; the incremental cost is nine if the email was already revealed. Company enrichment and a Search API page of up to 25 results each cost one credit. Re-enriching the same record inside 90 days is free.
Starter includes 2,000 credits per paid user, Growth 5,000 and Pro 15,000. Paid allocations are pooled across the team's seats. Annual credits are issued upfront and expire at renewal. Growth adds CRM connections, duplicate controls and job-change tracking, while Pro raises API throughput.
API entitlement is also changing at Lusha
One Lusha product overview says API access is a Scale feature, while a newer API guide says users on every plan, including Free, receive a key. The newer guide may reflect a rollout that is not fully represented across older documentation. Confirm which endpoints and rate limits are enabled on the plan you intend to buy. The API itself covers person and company enrichment, filtered prospecting, signals, lookalikes and workspace tables.
Run a market-specific evaluation
Prepare a sample representing your target countries, seniorities and company sizes. Test email and phone coverage, verification states, duplicates and field completeness. For API workflows, test no-result charges and the exact endpoint limits. For CRM work, verify mappings and update behaviour before running a large job.
Do not choose from vendor accuracy percentages. Coverage varies with the population and required field, while Lusha's current product and pricing documentation is still being updated. A dated sample from your own market is more useful than a global claim.
