Partner disclosure: Arrel partners with Prospeo and may benefit commercially from referrals. The comparison uses public product documentation and does not treat that relationship as evidence that Prospeo is better. Snov.io is the stronger fit for several all-in-one workflows.

Our short answer: Snov.io packs more operational software into its subscription. It combines a lead database, email finding and verification, campaigns, warm-up, deliverability tools and a sales CRM. Prospeo is a cleaner choice when your team already owns the sending and orchestration layers and wants focused data search and enrichment. Be careful with credit comparisons: Snov.io uses credits for email work, recipients for outreach and separately purchased tokens for phone enrichment.

Snov.io rates below are annual-equivalent USD prices and require annual billing. They were checked 5 September 2026. Snov.io also displays monthly and three-month cadences, but the exact monthly totals were not consistently exposed in its public page output.

Snov.io's subscription includes much more than data

Snov.io Starter is displayed at $39 per month on annual billing. It includes 1,000 credits, 5,000 campaign recipients and three email warm-up slots. Pro S is $99 with 5,000 credits and 25,000 recipients. Pro M is $189 with 20,000 credits and 50,000 recipients. Pro L is $369 with 50,000 credits and 100,000 recipients. Ultra is $738 with 100,000 credits and 200,000 recipients.

Paid Sales Suite plans advertise unlimited team seats, sender accounts, campaigns, follow-ups, prospect storage and exports. They include API and webhooks, CRM and automation integrations, prospecting extensions, warm-up and deliverability controls. That breadth is valuable, but it means the subscription price cannot be compared with a data-only allowance by dividing dollars by credits.

Snov.io has three separate usage balances

A Sales Suite credit can be used for prospect search, email search or email verification. Each found prospect, company profile view or verification costs one credit. Snov.io's API documentation says many enrichment calls charge only when a result is returned, although an email-finder result may include valid or unknown addresses. A deliverability check uses 25 credits.

A recipient is charged the first time a lead is contacted during a billing period. Follow-ups to that same recipient are free until the period ends. Paid-plan credits can roll into the following month while auto-renewal remains active. Trial credits do not roll over.

Phone enrichment uses tokens, not Sales Suite credits. Tokens cost $0.02 each, and a successful direct-phone result costs ten tokens, or $0.20. A miss is free. Packages range from 1,000 tokens for $20 to 50,000 for $1,000. Purchased tokens expire 90 days after purchase and do not automatically renew. New or eligible accounts receive a one-time 50-token trial allocation. Snov.io says phone enrichment is currently a web-app feature rather than a phone-enrichment API.

Pick Prospeo

Keep data modular

You already run a sender and CRM, and need a focused database, intent topics, mobile data, CSV enrichment or API calls without buying another outreach suite.

Pick Snov.io

Consolidate the workflow

You want prospecting, verification, campaigns, warm-up, deliverability tools and a basic CRM together, with unlimited collaborators on paid plans.

Prospeo's credit model stays closer to the record

Prospeo charges one credit when it returns a verified email and zero on a miss. A mobile number is ten credits and includes the email, while company enrichment and a Search API page of up to 25 records each cost one. Re-enriching a record within 90 days is free. Paid allocations are 2,000 credits per user on Starter, 5,000 on Growth and 15,000 on Pro, pooled across the team's paid seats.

Growth adds CRM integrations, duplicate control and job-change features. Pro increases API limits. This suits a stack where data enters an external CRM, Clay table or custom workflow and another platform handles messaging.

LinkedIn automation is another Snov.io subscription

Snov.io's LinkedIn automation is not included in the Sales Suite prices above. One slot connects one LinkedIn account. The published rate is $69 per slot on monthly billing or $62 per month on annual billing, with a further $10 monthly discount when paired with Sales Suite. As with any third-party LinkedIn automation, vendor safety language should not be treated as a guarantee against platform restrictions.

Test economics with a mixed workload

Use a sample that reflects your real ratio of search, verification, phone enrichment and outreach. For Snov.io, model all three balances and the expiry of phone tokens. For Prospeo, model the team's paid seats and pooled credits. Also test the exact geographic market: Snov.io notes that its phone results may be more limited in parts of South America and Asia, but that vendor statement does not establish an accuracy winner.

The most economical product can be the one that removes another subscription or manual handoff. Snov.io can consolidate several tools. Prospeo can avoid duplicating tools you already own.
