Partner disclosure: Arrel partners with Prospeo and may benefit commercially from referrals. We have kept Wiza's strongest use cases visible, used current public documentation and avoided unsupported claims about which vendor has more accurate data.

Our short answer: Wiza is compelling for people who live in LinkedIn or Sales Navigator and want to reveal verified contact details without moving through several tools. Its annual plans offer unlimited one-by-one reveals, but bulk lists have a 2,500-person monthly export limit. Prospeo is a better fit when data is collected through database search, CSV jobs and APIs, then passed into a separate GTM stack. The right choice depends on how records enter and leave the system.

Prices are public USD list prices checked 5 September 2026. Wiza's annual prices are monthly equivalents paid as one yearly charge. Tax, negotiated contracts and account-specific overage availability can differ.

Wiza separates monthly credits from annual unlimited plans

On monthly billing, Wiza Starter is $49 per user for 100 valid email and 100 phone results. The Email plan is $99 per user for 500 valid emails, with phone results charged separately. Email + Phone is $199 per user for 500 of each. After an included monthly allocation is used, a valid email costs $0.15 and a contact with a phone number costs $0.35.

Annual Email costs $990 per user, displayed as $83 per month, and includes unlimited email reveals plus phone results at $0.35 each. Annual Email + Phone costs $1,990, displayed as $166 per month, and includes unlimited reveals for both. These prices cover one user. Wiza's custom Team plan is annual, starts at three users and lists API access, team analytics and a dedicated success manager.

“Unlimited” depends on how records are exported

Wiza allows unlimited annual reveals when a user processes contacts one by one. Bulk work is different. A list exported from Sales Navigator, Recruiter, Wiza Prospect or an uploaded CSV consumes one export credit per person, with a hard included limit of 2,500 export credits per month. Wiza says additional exports may be available when overages are enabled and a card is on file. If they are not enabled, the user must upgrade or contact support.

That distinction matters for automated list production. A rep manually researching a few dozen accounts a day can benefit from unlimited individual reveals. An operator enriching 10,000-row lists should price the bulk path and confirm overage access before committing to the annual plan.

Wiza's workflow starts naturally from LinkedIn

Wiza can build lists from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter projects, enrich uploaded CSVs and search Wiza Prospect. Its contact filters cover job title, seniority, role, location, skills, education and past company. Company filters include industry, headcount, revenue, technology, funding and location. Results can be pushed to products including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Outreach, Salesloft, Attio, Clay and Zapier.

Several integrations on Wiza's public integrations page are labelled Alpha. Check the specific connector before treating a logo as production readiness. Public API documentation exists, but the self-serve price cards reserve API access for the custom Team plan.

Pick Prospeo

Automate enrichment

You need database and company search, intent topics, CSV enrichment or documented API rates feeding a CRM, table or custom workflow.

Pick Wiza

Prospect from LinkedIn

Your sellers build lists in LinkedIn or Sales Navigator and value quick one-by-one email and phone reveals more than high-volume bulk exports.

Prospeo uses successful-result credits

Prospeo charges one credit when a verified email is found and nothing when there is no result. A verified mobile costs ten credits and includes the email. Company enrichment costs one credit, as does a Search API page of up to 25 results. Re-enriching an existing record within 90 days is free.

Starter supplies 2,000 credits per paid user per month, Growth 5,000 and Pro 15,000. Paid credits are pooled across the team's seats. Annual allocations arrive upfront and expire at renewal. Growth adds CRM integrations, duplicate controls and job changes, while Pro provides higher API throughput.

Free-plan language needs a small caveat

Wiza's main pricing cards list 20 valid emails and five phones on Free, while a footer callout on the same site advertises 25 free credits. We would describe the free account as a limited trial and confirm the live signup balance instead of promising one of those figures. Monthly Wiza credits do not roll over. Team members share the available balance, and administrators can set limits.

Test the motion, not a generic contact list

Run one LinkedIn-derived list, one CSV and one database search through both vendors. Compare returned fields, verification states, duplicate handling, processing time and how cleanly records reach the next system. Data coverage varies by market, so neither vendor's promotional language establishes an accuracy winner.

Then calculate cost at the actual bulk-to-manual ratio. Wiza can be economical for deliberate one-by-one prospecting. Prospeo is easier to model when the workflow is primarily automated.
