Our short answer: Kaspr is designed for SDRs who prospect from LinkedIn and want professional emails and direct phone numbers in that workflow. It places particular emphasis on European data. Prospeo is better suited to teams building a modular data layer around database search, intent, CSV enrichment and APIs. Kaspr's headline of unlimited professional emails is attractive, but phone, personal email and exporting each have their own allowances.
| Decision | Prospeo | Kaspr |
|---|---|---|
| Starting price | Current dollars appear in the live pricing flow | Starter $65 monthly or $49 annual-equivalent per user |
| 1 credit for a verified email | Unlimited B2B email on paid plans | |
| Phone | 10 credits with email included | Separate phone-credit allowance |

Prices were checked 5 September 2026. Kaspr's USD selector lists $65 monthly or $49 per user per month on annual billing for Starter, and $99 or $79 for Business. Its help centre publishes the corresponding euro prices: €59 or €45 for Starter and €99 or €79 for Business.
Kaspr Starter and Business are priced per user
Starter includes unlimited B2B email reveals, 100 phone credits and five direct-email credits each month, plus 1,000 monthly export credits. On annual billing it provides 1,200 phone, 60 direct-email and 12,000 export credits upfront. Starter works with Sales Navigator and lists limited API access on request.
Business includes unlimited B2B email, 200 phone, 200 direct-email and 2,500 export credits per month. Its annual allowance is 2,400 phone, 2,400 direct-email and 30,000 export credits upfront. It adds Recruiter Lite support, custom member permissions, usage reporting and API access on request, with the help centre listing a 60-request-per-minute rate. Enterprise is custom.
There are four Kaspr credit types
Kaspr separates B2B professional emails, phone numbers, direct personal emails and exports. One reveal credit returns the relevant data type for one lead, even when Kaspr finds several phone numbers. A reveal type is not charged repeatedly on the same profile. Export credits behave differently: sending a lead to a CRM or downloading it consumes another export credit every time.
Paid teams share credits inside their workspace, but each person needs a licence. Free-workspace credits belong to individual members. Recent Kaspr help pages list credit rollover as a paid-plan feature and say annual allowances arrive upfront. They also say unused credits disappear when a subscription is cancelled. Older Kaspr partnership pages describe accumulation more broadly, so confirm end-of-term treatment in the live plan before treating rollover as permanent.
The free plan has conflicting official descriptions
Kaspr's current price table shows 15 B2B email credits, five phone credits and five direct-email credits. Its help centre describes unlimited B2B email after inviting three colleagues, alongside five phone, five direct-email and ten export credits. Both require a business email and a LinkedIn account with at least 20 connections. We would call it a limited free plan and verify the live account balance rather than promising unconditional unlimited email.
Pick Prospeo
Build a reusable data layer
You need people and company search, intent topics, job changes, CSV enrichment or higher-throughput APIs feeding several downstream tools.
Pick Kaspr
Prospect inside LinkedIn
Your team works from LinkedIn or Sales Navigator, targets Europe heavily and prioritises direct-phone discovery in the rep's existing workflow.
Kaspr makes Europe central to its positioning
Kaspr says it covers decision-makers globally while highlighting more than 200 million European B2B contacts and over 120 data sources. It was founded in France and maintains a strong European product and compliance emphasis. Those are vendor-published coverage figures. They do not establish that Kaspr will return more correct records for a particular campaign.
The workflow includes its Chrome extension, LinkedIn lists and events, CSV enrichment, lead management, enrichment automations and exports to CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive. API access is conditional on the paid plan and request.
Prospeo reduces the number of balances to track
Prospeo uses a shared general credit balance. A verified email is one credit, while a mobile number is ten and includes the matching email. Company enrichment and an API search page of up to 25 results each use one credit. Misses are free, and the same record can be re-enriched without charge for 90 days.
Its paid plans allocate 2,000 credits per user on Starter, 5,000 on Growth and 15,000 on Pro, pooled across paid seats. Annual credits arrive upfront and expire at renewal. Growth adds CRM integrations, duplicate handling and job-change features. Pro raises API limits.
Test Europe and every other target region separately
Create a representative sample for each country, seniority and company segment. Measure returned professional emails, direct phones, verification state and duplicates. Include the extra export action in Kaspr's cost. For Prospeo, include any Search API page and mobile credits. Avoid using either vendor's global marketing claim as a proxy for your own hit rate.
