The products overlap, but their centers of gravity do not

HeyReach treats a connected LinkedIn account as a sender. Its Growth plan includes unlimited campaigns, LinkedIn actions, a unified inbox, API and webhooks. It also connects natively to dedicated email platforms such as Instantly and Smartlead. That makes it a strong execution layer inside a modular outbound stack.

lemlist is broader. Multichannel Expert combines email, LinkedIn steps, in-app calling, inbox rotation, a central inbox and access to its prospecting database. If a seller wants to build a list and run several channels without stitching platforms together, that breadth is useful.

Pick HeyReach

LinkedIn is its own system

You manage many senders, want pooled agency seats, or already have a mature email platform and orchestration layer.

Pick lemlist

The rep needs one workspace

You want email, LinkedIn and calls in the same sequence, with prospecting data and a single per-user subscription.

Pricing becomes different at scale

HeyReach Growth costs $79 for each active LinkedIn sender on monthly billing below ten senders. At ten or more, the published monthly rate falls to $59 per sender, with lower quarterly and annual equivalents. Its agency tiers are fixed pools: 25 senders for $999 monthly and 50 for $1,399 monthly, with term discounts. Multi-brand white labelling is a separate $500 add-on.

lemlist prices Multichannel Expert per user. The current monthly price is $109, falling to $87 per user per month on an annual commitment. Its separate Email plan is volume based and allows unlimited users and senders, but it does not include LinkedIn automation. That plan starts at $69 monthly for 50,000 emails, or $55 per month when billed annually.

Credits are not directly comparable

HeyReach gives 100 enrichment credits per sender as a one-time allocation, with top-ups available. The subscription is mainly paying for LinkedIn execution, not a recurring contact-data allowance.

lemlist Multichannel includes 400 credits per user each month. A successful email finder and verification uses five credits, phone enrichment uses 20 and LinkedIn enrichment uses one. Calling starts at four credits per billed minute before destination multipliers. Included credits reset and do not roll over. Purchased credits cost $0.01 each and do roll over. The Email plan has no recurring free credit allowance.

What we would choose by scenario

  • One founder testing multichannel: lemlist is simpler if the goal is one login for email and LinkedIn.
  • A five-person sales team with an existing email tool: HeyReach avoids paying twice for email capability and keeps LinkedIn centralized.
  • An outbound agency: HeyReach's sender pools, workspaces, permissions and unified inbox are designed around this operating model.
  • A team that relies heavily on calls: lemlist has native calling and includes calling minutes on Multichannel.
  • A custom GTM workflow: compare APIs against the exact automations you need. Both expose integrations, but HeyReach is deliberately focused on LinkedIn execution.

A note on LinkedIn risk

Neither price includes freedom from platform risk. LinkedIn says unauthorized third-party software that automates activity is prohibited and accounts can be restricted. Vendor language about safety is not a guarantee. Use conservative limits, keep human review in the workflow and decide whether the efficiency is worth the policy exposure for your company.
