USD effective monthly prices checked 5 September 2026. Linked Helper's discounted rates require prepaid three-, six- or 12-month licenses. Local tax may apply.

Linked Helper has four distinct price cadences

Linked Helper's one-month Local licenses are $15 for Standard and $45 for Pro. Cloud versions are $29.90 and $59.90. On a three-month term, effective rates become $13.33 and $40 Local, or $26.60 and $53.30 Cloud. Six months lowers them to $10 and $30 Local, or $20 and $40 Cloud. Twelve months costs an effective $8.25 and $24.75 Local, or $16.50 and $33 Cloud.

One license operates one LinkedIn account at a time. Linked Helper lets a customer switch which account uses the license, but not operate two simultaneously. HeyReach also defines a sender as one active LinkedIn account, but its Growth plan is $79 monthly, $71 quarterly or $63 annual below ten senders. The large price gap pays for a different management layer rather than simply more campaign steps.

Pick HeyReach

Centralize the operation

You need sender rotation, client workspaces, a unified inbox, access controls, agency pools, API, webhooks or MCP.

Pick Linked Helper

Maximize value per account

You want detailed LinkedIn actions, built-in CRM and enrichment at a low price, especially when local execution suits your workflow.

Standard and Pro limits matter

Linked Helper Standard includes unlimited campaigns, CSV profile export, its internal CRM and core lead-generation tools. Several advanced actions remain limited to 20 per day, including messages to certain group or event audiences, webhook profile sends and some engagement actions. Pro removes the published product caps, adds advanced exports, unlimited webhooks and unlimited image messages.

“Unlimited daily actions” on the Pro feature table means Linked Helper does not apply the Standard plan's software ceiling. It does not mean unlimited activity is possible or advisable on LinkedIn. LinkedIn controls invitations, messaging and account restrictions independently.

The credit allocation rewards longer licenses

Standard provides 620 data credits per month of license duration and Pro provides 3,100. The full prepaid allocation arrives with the license: 620 or 3,100 on one month; 1,860 or 9,300 on three months; 3,660 or 18,300 on six months; and 7,320 or 36,600 on twelve months. Linked Helper's official credit ledger says a data credit is deducted when its people search successfully finds profile emails.

AI credit allocations also rise with the prepaid term. Standard lists a total included allocation of 250, 650, 975 or 1,500 credits across one-, three-, six- and 12-month offers. Pro lists 500, 1,275, 1,950 or 3,000. Because the pricing page does not fully explain every AI action's consumption, test the feature you expect to use before forecasting a per-lead cost.

HeyReach's Growth plan includes 100 email-enrichment credits per sender once rather than monthly. Top-ups are available. Buyers who enrich heavily should compare paid top-up prices with Linked Helper's bundled successful-find credits alongside the subscription fees.

Local storage changes daily operations

Linked Helper's Local version stores account data in folders on the user's device. It provides CSV exports, an internal CRM and outgoing webhooks, but moving devices and coordinating teammates requires more attention. Its Cloud version adds backup, access across devices and easier account-data sharing.

HeyReach is designed around an online organization. Its unified inbox, workspaces and permission model keep senders, campaigns and clients separate under one login. Its published integrations include Clay, Make, Zapier and HubSpot, with native Instantly and Smartlead email handoffs. Linked Helper publishes a long CRM list including HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Close, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, HighLevel and Instantly, plus webhooks. Confirm direction and field coverage in either trial.

LinkedIn prohibits unauthorized automation

LinkedIn says browser extensions, bots and other third-party software that scrape or automate website activity are prohibited. Accounts can be restricted or shut down. Local execution is not permission, and cloud execution is not protection from the rule. Keep volumes conservative, retain human review and do not connect an irreplaceable profile on the assumption that either vendor can guarantee it.
