Pricing checked 5 September 2026. Expandi was advertising a temporary promotion ending 21 September; we excluded it from the evergreen verdict. Add-ons and negotiated agency terms can change the total.

Price is simple for one account

Below ten senders, HeyReach Growth is $79 per sender on monthly billing, $71 quarterly and $63 annual-equivalent. At ten or more senders it publishes lower $59, $53 and $47 rates. Expandi Business is $99 per account per month, or $79 on annual billing. Both include unlimited campaigns in their standard plans.

The gap matters less than workflow fit. Paying $20 less for software that forces extra manual work is not a saving. For a single user, test the campaign builder, inbox and integration you will use every day.

HeyReach has the clearer scale-up path

HeyReach publishes agency pools: 25 senders at $999 monthly, 50 at $1,399 and an Unlimited plan at $2,999. The help center documents that last plan as a 300-seat shared pool. Quarterly and annual commitments reduce those figures. One cost caveat: Growth includes a residential proxy per sender, while Agency and Unlimited customers bring their own proxies unless they arrange custom help.

Expandi offers custom agency terms for teams with at least ten seats. Its agency tooling includes roles, permissions, client reporting, template sharing and white labelling. You need a quote to compare its scaled unit price, so do that before assuming the single-account list price applies.

Pick HeyReach

Operational scale

You need many sender accounts, clear workspaces, central replies or a programmable layer that connects to the rest of your outbound stack.

Pick Expandi

Campaign flexibility

You value its LinkedIn campaign types, campaign priorities and optional image, GIF or video personalization more than pooled-seat economics.

The feature difference shows up in campaign design

HeyReach focuses on the machinery around LinkedIn: all standard LinkedIn actions, sender rotation, unified inbox, API, webhooks and native connections to email sending tools. It is a good fit when LinkedIn is one component in a larger orchestrated system.

Expandi emphasizes campaign construction. Its public plan lists connector, event, group, post and inbound campaign types alongside multichannel email follow-ups. Image and GIF personalization cost extra, and video personalization uses a paid Senspark integration. Those options are valuable only if the team will actually use them.

Infrastructure claims need context

Expandi says each account receives a dedicated country-based IP and provides warm-up and limit settings. HeyReach describes dedicated proxies, randomized action timing and limits. These are vendor claims about their implementation, not proof that an account cannot be restricted.

LinkedIn says unauthorized third-party software that automates activity is prohibited and accounts can be restricted. It controls the platform and can change detection or policy at any time. Start below maximum volumes, avoid automating every action and keep a recovery plan for any account that matters to pipeline.

Our buying checklist

  1. Count active LinkedIn senders now and twelve months from now.
  2. Price the real term you can commit to, not the largest advertised discount.
  3. Build one representative campaign in both trials.
  4. Test how replies reach the person who must act on them.
  5. Confirm CRM, email and orchestration integrations with a live record.
  6. Ask for the exact agency quote and add-on cost before modelling scale.
