How the preflight decision works
Six conditions are treated as blockers: market qualification, suppression, sender authentication, sequence data, reply routing and attribution identifiers. If any is missing, the result says to hold. Timezone segmentation, copy review, delivery monitoring and reply alerts are listed separately as improvements so a good-looking average cannot cancel a serious gap.
A checklist is only evidence when you inspect the work
“Yes” should point to something observable: a suppression file, a DNS check, a rendered-message review, a routing rule or a named owner. Run the review again when the audience, sequence, infrastructure or CRM mapping changes.
Need the identifiers behind measurement? Build an Outbound Attribution Schema. For sending capacity, use the Outbound Infrastructure Calculator. When choosing the sequence platform, compare HeyReach vs lemlist and HeyReach vs Salesflow.
