Partner disclosure: Arrel partners with Mailpool and may benefit commercially if you choose it. This comparison uses each vendor's current official material, including the scale at which Inframail has the lower public price.

Our short answer: Choose Mailpool when you want Google, Microsoft, shared and dedicated options in one control plane, or when you need a small number of inboxes. Choose Inframail when you run enough Microsoft-based accounts to benefit from its $129 flat monthly rate and want one dedicated US IP. At current list prices, Inframail crosses below Mailpool's Microsoft mailbox cost at roughly 26 inboxes monthly or 21 inboxes on annual billing.

The crossover uses mailbox fees only. Domains, warmup and sequencer subscriptions sit outside both figures. Mailpool also offers unpublished agency discounts. Treat the calculation as a list-price checkpoint and request written quotes for your final count.

Inframail gets cheaper as mailbox count rises

Inframail's Unlimited plan costs $129 month to month and includes unlimited inboxes on one dedicated US IP. The annual discount brings that to $90.30 per month. The Agency Pack costs $327 monthly or $228.90 annual-equivalent and provides three dedicated IPs. Both plans retain the unlimited-inbox model. The higher tier buys more IP separation rather than a larger mailbox allowance.

Mailpool's Microsoft inboxes cost $5 monthly or $4.30 annual-equivalent. Dividing Inframail's fees by those rates puts the simple crossover around 26 inboxes on monthly terms and 21 on annual terms. At 50 Microsoft inboxes, Mailpool lists $250 monthly against Inframail's $129. At ten inboxes, Mailpool costs $50, so the flat-rate plan would add expense without increasing the campaign's useful capacity.

The Agency Pack deserves separate math. Three IPs can separate client or campaign reputation, but a small team should not pay $327 solely because it has many mailbox records. Ask how each client maps to IPs and what happens when an IP needs replacement.

Mailpool gives you more provider choices

Mailpool sells its own managed inbox at $3, Google Workspace at $4 and Microsoft at $5. It also offers dedicated infrastructure. A team can use several providers in one account and change the mix as recipient domains or campaign needs change. Inframail's current offer concentrates on Microsoft-based infrastructure.

That focus is useful when you already know Microsoft is the right fit. It is restrictive when you want Gmail accounts, a low-cost rotating pool or provider diversification. Mailpool's workspace system also offers an explicit way to separate client billing, domains and members under one login.

Pick Mailpool

Run a mixed or smaller fleet

You need fewer than roughly 20 Microsoft inboxes, want Google and shared options, or manage several clients through role-based workspaces.

Pick Inframail

Flatten cost at Microsoft scale

You run dozens or hundreds of Microsoft-based inboxes and want dedicated IP infrastructure with no per-mailbox charge.

Domains and warmup stay outside the headline

Inframail sells .com domains for $16.44 per year and .co for $13.77. Bringing an existing domain costs $5 once. Its first-month refund promise covers the subscription, not purchased domains. There is no free trial. Mailpool also has no free trial, although one managed mailbox costs $3. It shows domain prices during checkout and registers them for one year.

Inframail does not include native warmup. Its help center tells users to export accounts to a sending platform and warm new domains for about fourteen days. Mailpool also connects to external warmup and sending tools. Add those costs before treating either headline as total infrastructure spend.

Dedicated does not mean unrestricted sending

Inframail describes sending as unlimited at the plan level and recommends about 40 messages per inbox per day. That recommendation protects mailbox and domain reputation; it is more useful for capacity planning than a theoretical server ceiling. Mailpool's dedicated server costs $200 monthly or $170 annual-equivalent, but its billing guide says send volume incurs an extra charge. The rate is not public.

An apples-to-apples dedicated quote should include IP count, expected sends, mailbox count, replacement terms and monitoring. On published information, Inframail gives the clearer all-in infrastructure fee. Mailpool gives more ways to fall back to Google, Microsoft or shared accounts.

APIs provision accounts, while sequencers run campaigns

Inframail gives API access to all subscribed users. Its documented operations create, delete and list email accounts, with additional infrastructure and domain material inside the app. It exports formatted CSV files for Instantly, Smartlead, ReachInbox, SalesHandy, Reply, Woodpecker and plusvibe.

Mailpool's API creates domains and inbox batches, changes DNS and monitors status. Neither API replaces a campaign sequencer. You still need separate software for sequences, reply handling and campaign reporting.
