Our short answer: Waalaxy is the lower-cost route for an individual or small team. HeyReach is the stronger operating layer for many sender accounts. Waalaxy Business adds native email; HeyReach connects LinkedIn execution to dedicated email platforms.
| Decision | HeyReach | Waalaxy |
|---|---|---|
| Displayed annual equivalent | $63 per sender below 10; $47 at 10+ | Pro €19, Advanced €49, Business €69 per user |
| LinkedIn allowance | Per-sender daily controls; vendor cap of 200 connection requests/week | Pro 300 invitations/month; Advanced and Business 800 |
| Instantly or Smartlead integration | Native cold email on Business only | |
| Inbox | Unified inbox included | LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on |
| Scale model | Sender seats plus published agency pools | Per user; Team begins at two licenses |
Waalaxy's public page displays €19, €49 and €69 beside monthly, quarterly and annual selectors, but the rendered HTML does not reliably bind the numbers to the active selector. They align with the stated 50% annual discount. Verify monthly and quarterly totals at checkout.
Waalaxy wins the entry-price comparison
Waalaxy displays annual-equivalent pricing of €19 for Pro, €49 for Advanced and €69 for Business. Pro includes 300 invitations per month. Advanced raises that to 800 and adds API plus Make, Zapier and n8n. Business keeps 800 invitations, adds native cold email and includes 500 finder credits.
HeyReach Growth costs $79 monthly per sender below ten, or $63 annual-equivalent. At ten or more senders, published rates fall to $59 monthly and $47 annual-equivalent. It is more expensive for a solo user, but the gap narrows when sender count reaches its volume threshold.
Pick HeyReach
Centralize a sender fleet
You need several accounts on one campaign, separate client workspaces, granular permissions, whitelabelling or a unified reply operation.
Pick Waalaxy
Control cost and quota
You have one or a few users, its monthly invitation allowance fits the play and the browser-extension model is acceptable.
The pricing units are not interchangeable
Waalaxy packages an explicit monthly invitation quota. HeyReach sells active sender capacity and lets operators configure daily limits, while imposing its own weekly connection-request ceiling. A sender seat is not an invitation bundle. Forecast the invitations and follow-up actions required by the campaign before comparing unit prices.
Both offer unlimited campaigns on their paid plans, but Waalaxy documents a limit of 5,000 active prospects in one campaign. Additional prospects wait until space becomes available.
Email and inboxes change the real bill
Waalaxy Business includes native LinkedIn-plus-email campaigns. Pro and Advanced do not. HeyReach uses native connections to Instantly and Smartlead for email, so the email platform remains a separate subscription. That modular architecture can be an advantage for mature teams and extra overhead for a founder wanting one tool.
HeyReach includes its unified LinkedIn inbox. Waalaxy sells LinkedIn Inbox as an add-on on every plan and does not publish its paid price on the public pricing page. Add that checkout figure if reply management is part of the requirement.
Compare team controls at the right scale
Waalaxy Team provides centralized billing, access to member accounts, team analytics, cross-account importing, duplicate prevention and shared finder credits. It begins at two licenses and continues per seat.
HeyReach supports sender rotation inside campaigns, client workspaces, granular roles, API, webhooks, MCP and published 25- and 50-sender agency pools. Those features matter when one operations team manages accounts for several brands.
LinkedIn does not approve these tools
Waalaxy uses a Chrome extension and web app; HeyReach positions execution as cloud based. That technical difference does not change LinkedIn's rule: unauthorized software that automates activity is prohibited and accounts may be restricted. Treat all vendor safety and limit language as risk mitigation, not permission.
