Three fields, one clear route

Stop mixing fit and timing into one score.

Classify durable account fit, current timing evidence and buying-group coverage independently. The output shows the rule behind every label and suggests a routing action.

Classify an account

A fit check is a durable rule such as industry, company size or operating model. A timing signal is temporary. Coverage tells you whether the right buying roles are present.

Durable fit

A hard exclusion suppresses the account even if every positive check matches.

Temporary timing

Keep observed activity separate from evidence your team has verified.

Buying-group coverage

Count the distinct roles required for this motion, then the roles covered by usable contacts.

The rule behind each fit tier

Tier A means every required fit check passed. Tier B means at least 75% passed. Tier C means at least 50% passed. Anything below 50% goes to review. A hard exclusion sets the fit field to Excluded regardless of the positive count.

The calculator labels verified timing evidence Active, an unverified observation Watch, and no current evidence No current signal. Coverage is Complete at 100%, Partial from 50% up to 99%, and Thin below 50%.

Why the fields stay separate

Fit changes when the company changes. Timing can disappear next week. Coverage improves when research finds another contact. A single combined score hides those different clocks and makes routing difficult to audit.

Use the Signal Campaign Builder to turn verified timing evidence into a campaign brief. Read Account tiering for outbound for the operating model behind the rubric.
